And we follow up throughout the year with any additional applications needed to eliminate covered lawn pests that appear.

Sublime Outdoor Living, Landscape & Lawns building practices eliminate the hassles of cracking in all of our patios by pouring specially mixed concrete under our patios. We then craft strong structural integrity by increasing the strength of our overall concrete to 3500 psi (pounds per square inch), a rating above that poured by most other contractors. This is done to give you a stronger patio and reduces the possibility of cracking. In addition, we use a 12 x 12 grid of #3 (3/8”) rebar which is wire tied and doweled into existing foundations or patios for added strength. These building techniques ensure that your patio will be enjoyed by your family for many years to come.
